Logan Strouther (MSc)

Integrative Psychotherapist & Eating Disorders Specialist

I hold both a BSc and MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I’m a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Since beginning my practice in 2021, I’ve had experience of supporting clients through a range of emotional and psychological challenges, with a particular passion for working in recovery-focused pathologies such as eating disorders, addictions, and self-harm.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that compassion is the foundation for meaningful and lasting change. For many, developing compassion for one’s experiences, coping mechanisms and themselves can be transformative. This often emerges through a process of self-discovery: understanding how current patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving may have developed in response to earlier life experiences or unmet needs.
In our work together, I aim to offer a therapeutic space grounded in warmth, safety, and genuine human connection. I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches, tailoring our sessions to what feels most supportive and effective for you. Whether drawing from person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural techniques, or attachment-informed work, I place you the client at the centre of the process.
Therapy with me is not about fixing or diagnosing, but about cultivating a secure base where insight, autonomy, and emotional attunement can grow. I believe that when therapy is offered with authenticity, acceptance, and curiosity, it can foster long-lasting shifts in how you relate to yourself and navigate the world. My hope is to support you in developing healthier coping strategies, greater self-understanding, and a deeper sense of emotional resilience.

Keeley Mountford

Trainee Integrative Psychotherapist & Parenting Specialist

Hi, I’m Keeley Mountford. I’m a trainee integrative psychotherapist with experience supporting people through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. I’m passionate about offering long-term therapy that gives you the space to get to know yourself better— your patterns, your inner world, and the roots of the things you find difficult.

I have particular interest and experience in working with people navigating close relationships—especially those who have anxious, avoidant, or disorganised attachment styles, or feel stuck in painful relational patterns. I also work with individuals who have experienced domestic abuse, supporting them in rebuilding safety, trust, and self-worth.
I have three years of experience working with grief, trauma, and attachment wounds in unaccompanied asylum seeking children, and have spent the last year working alongside complex families, supporting them with their mental health, relationship wellbeing, and offering therapeutic parenting training. I am also an accredited parenting practitioner, so if you are concerned about your child’s specific behaviour, or just want some friendly advice, this is something I’m qualified to support you with, either within therapy or as a parenting support session. I also have eighteen months’ experience offering face-to-face therapy to a range of clients, suffering with grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Whether you’re facing something specific or just have a sense that you want life to feel different, I hope to be able to help you – feel free to reach out to begin the free assessment process.
